Justin started giving wine tours in 2017 while continuing to work at the locally acclaimed restaurant, Taste. He attended culinary training at San Joaquin Delta College and has worked in several restaurants. Justin is pursuing a higher knowledge of wine and fulfilling his desire to start and grow a business. His favorite foothill wines are Grenache and other reds that are silky and balanced as well as crisp whites and bubbles. At home, he cooks mostly breakfast and late, midnight snacks after work.
